My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though small, were pleasing to the eye and had a handy microwave, but the check-in process could have been better organized. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one member even reducing my bill when they realized I wasn't fully satisfied. The location was great, close to downtown and Bricktown but could feel a bit cramped at times. The dining options were limited and pricey, not quite what I expected. Overall, a decent stay considering the value for money.
